Getting character of the month is a nice way to get characters noticed, and if they end up here it's because they deserve it.

Characters are nominated in our Nomination Thread. After seven days the nominees presented to us by members will be placed in a poll so everybody can vote for our following Character of the Month. Votes are held for awards of the following month, so the winner will be not be announced until the first of the following month. A character cannot win a Character of the Month award more than once, so make sure characters do not have the CoTM achievement before nominating them.

A team made up of the same characters cannot win a Team of the Month award more than once, so make sure characters do not have the ToTM achievement before nominating them. However, if there are two or more characters in a team that have not won the award before, they are eligible for being nominated. If it is a duo, and at least one party member has not won the award they are eligible as well.

Votes are held for awards of the following month, so the winner will be not be announced until the first of the subsequent month. A thread made up of the same characters cannot win a Thread of the Month award more than once, so make sure characters do not have the ThoTM achievement before nominating them. However, if there are two or more characters in a thread that have not won the award before, they are eligible for being nominated. If it is a thread between two members, and at least one has not won the award they are eligible as well. Staff run event threads are not eligible for nomination.
